the deposit is 50% of total price and is nonrefundable, remanding balance is due 5 days before expected shipping/ pick up/drop off date. I would love to have all orders place at least 30 days prior to an event to insure perfect customization of you order, I do however accept orders that is what I call " I wanna add pizzazz to my event but it is 2 weeks or less away" If this sounds like you please reach out to me. Note: orders less than 30 days will be charged a rush fee of $10 to order.
